Very pleased with the outcome of this piece. Handsome Roy taking a summer late night swim.

The light on his face, can be a torch fire burning nearby or a sunrise, whatever you like. I looked up a lot of stone references, to help get an idea of what I wanted the floor to look like. The stone tile underneath you see is ALL painted in by hand! Was fun and a great learning experience but I don't think I'll try and paint something this detailed again, took forever! -flops dead-

I have noticed though 'water' has become a theme in my art lately. It's something I've come to enjoy putting into my paintings.
